I cannot believe Code Name Verity came out nearly ten years ago! It seems like just yesterday I was devouring this thrilling spy story set in WWII. This book is absurdly good, and since the tenth anniversary is coming up, do I see a re-read in my future? Spoiler alert: that is a big fat resounding yes! But before we jump back into this modern classic, we have a surprise for you! Okay, not so much a surprise because you saw the title of this blog post but still. Code Name Verity is getting an anniversary edition featuring an updated cover! Huzzah! So while I’m off to brush up on my WWII fighter pilot knowledge, take a look at this glorious new cover!
